Chinelo is a hardworking young woman from a poor village who dreams of becoming a nurse. Despite her struggles, she remains kind-hearted and hopeful. She falls in love with Emeka, a young mechanic with a big heart but little money.
They marry against the wishes of Emeka’s wealthy mother, who believes Chinelo is not good enough for her son.
Years later, Chinelo and Emeka are blessed with twin children. Life seems perfect until tragedy strikes.

Chinelo rushes into the hospital.
