Very few get to see where it begins. ✨🧶

Before the yarn, before the stitches, before the hours of work... there's usually a sketch.

Sketching helps me bring ideas out of my head and onto paper. It allows me to experiment with designs, adjust details, and visualize the final piece before I even pick up my crochet hook.

This particular sketch is a new dress concept I'm working on—a blend of lace crochet and classic crochet stitches. It's still just an idea for now, but every beautiful handmade piece starts exactly like this: with a simple drawing and a creative vision.

June 1st and a new crochet idea just landed in my sketchbook ✨🧶

I had this dress design in mind and decided to quickly sketch it out before the idea disappeared. It's going to be a beautiful mix of lace crochet and classic stitches, and I can't wait to bring it to life.

This is just the beginning. The sketch may be simple, but every handmade piece starts with an idea. 💭
