Winter Weight Hard-Use Ready Savages..Bushcamp Cutlery & Tools

New Arrivals: Short machetes, with 7 inch x 4.5mm almost a 1/4 inch thick and tough hard-use ready, artistically beautiful masterfully hardened 1095 blades, ready for field testing here in the Scandinavian forests of Sweden and beyond..

These new blades have even thicker even stronger blades than our first three Summer prototypes .. as well as thicker even stronger full tang and better grip handles.. as well as improved textured thumb test - ready for hard winter use as survival/camping/hunting tools for your field rucksack etc..

They are essentially large knives, American sized, and we prefer to think of them as short everyday use ready, not too long, nor too heavy, but very strong, super powerful and very reliable machetes for when it matters most. Field ready..

If you ever carried a 65-100 pound plus load for 19 plus miles / 30 plus km over rough irregular terrain in extreme weather - wet cold night, and super hot days.. after parachuting into trees.. you will know that weight matters.

We need a edged asset heavy and strong enough for heavy duty field work, yet short and light enough to parachute with, and to not leave behind on night jumps, and long ruck matches due to length and weight issues .. i did enough of that and got a bit of field time experience growing up in Africa wandering in the bush from a very young age and going to the Army etc .. in a Unit with perhaps just for clarity and compassion, not cheap sensational name dropping a bit of SAS and Green Beret type culture, yet unique.. just facts.

I hiked enough ruckmarches in great time, swam enough sea miles in qualifying time, did enough pull ups above the required number, and excelled enough at rope climbing etc.. and did well above standard in 5 of the 8 Para qualifying fitness tests, and did my required number of jumps, and more to be a proud airborne Para - for life, who earned my right to the Maroon beget, and to have a opinion on knives etc. Respectfully - Your approval is not requested nor needed.

I was no war hero, never ever, or even a SF operator even though I went though and passed the selection process at Duke
