Am I the only one who feels guilty if I chat up a business concerning an item I want to purchase and later change my mind without giving an explanation?
I can’t just end the chat like that and leave you on read, I must explain why I am no longer making the purchase at that moment and end the conversation well.

Abi do I feel this way only because I am a business owner as well?
