Have you ever seen a rope in the dark and suddenly your heart jumps because your mind tells you it’s a snake? 😳 In that moment, it may even look like the rope is moving. Not because it truly is, but because your mind has already painted a picture, and your eyes start to agree.

That is how powerful our mind is.

Now think about it, if your mind can turn a harmless rope into a terrifying snake, what happens when you constantly entertain thoughts of fear, failure, or de|ath? 🤔

If the enemy plants a seed like: “You won’t make it…” “You will not live long…” “Something bad is coming…” and you keep thinking about it, believing it and nurturing it, before long, your life may start aligning with that fear. Not because it was destined, but because it was believed.

I received this message in the early hours of this morning after I woke up to use the bathroom, and I saw a small object like an insect. I thought it was moving until I moved closer and I saw that it was a small piece of dirt. 😄

So, I realized how powerful our mind is!

Dear, child of God, be careful of what you allow to stay in your mind.

Not every thought deserves your agreement.

Not every imagination deserves your attention.

Your mind is a fertile ground. Whatever you plant in it will grow.

That is why the Bible says: “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it flows the issues of life.”

So I ask you today… What do you believe about yourself? What thoughts are you watering daily in your mind?

Choose faith over fear. Choose truth over lies. Choose life over every negative imagination, because what you consistently believe is what you will eventually begin to see.

See LIFE and not DEATH

See HOPE and not HOPELESSNESS.

See SUCCESS and not FAILURE.

You will fulfil purpose in Jesus name.
