Job Title: HR Manager (Short-Term Engagement – 3 Months)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

About Us:
We are a dynamic HR consulting firm providing strategic and operational HR solutions to a
diverse range of clients. We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager for a short-term
engagement to support our HR operations, ensuring compliance, effective payroll
management, and labour law adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee
onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company
policies.
• Provide guidance and support on HR best practices, employee relations, and
workforce management.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients on HR solutions and advisory as needed.
• Assist in performance management processes and staff engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer, preferably within HR
consulting or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft 365.

Engagement Details:
• Duration: 3 months
• Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days offsite)
• Remuneration: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month
