Peeled is the brainchild of Raf Hermens and Tessa Papavoine. Launched in 2014, Peeled is their very own clothing line. Realizing there was such a demand for what they created, Raf and Tessa decided they wanted to expand Peeled to include original designs alongside the customized garments already available. When seeking inspiration for their designs, Raf and Tessa went back to why they started cust
omizing their own clothes originally. “We couldn’t find clothing in high street stores we liked and we didn’t want to walk around with a t-shirt that tons of other people had on. So by creating our own designs we could both wear something we liked and limit the number we made keeping each collection limited editions.”
Currently gearing up to release our first collection for Peeled-Apparel, they have hopes to grow the brand, which they currently operates from small ateliers. “We have always had our own little interest in fashion and a creative streak, which we originally explored through our blogs. Setting up Peeled has now helped to expand and grow on this, and we hope to continue to grow the Peeled brand into stores and onto runways at fashion week and beyond”
