I am beginning to explore the joy of going into books almost blind. Knowing maybe a theme or two the book touches upon or finding it on a list where I see a pattern of liking the other books mentioned. It’s almost like letting the book surprise you. And was I surprised: not only did I sit with my thoughts for more than a day {without immediately taking to pen and paper}, I also did a cursory reread, almost immediately.😳
I think the writing is my favourite part: part spunky part brutally honest albeit messy.

Decided that the peak of our millennial DINK behaviour would be joining a doggy run club with Toast the Jack Russell .🤷‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏾🐾🧑‍🧑‍🧒 And KENS Apothecary x MALIN+GOETZ x 103 COFFEE ® seemed like the most fabulous route to go for it! We did a divide and conquer, Nikhil ran with Toast for the 4.5 k {while I ran in support of my two😂} and I got Toast to show off all her wee tricks from our days at the Doggy School in Amsterdam. 🥰
10/10 would do again!

Happy birthday to Phoebe_sockmonster , mother of Phoebe Sonal Kalra and soon, father of Phoebe🤣 Amit Bahl ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I miss our little fam getting up to no good all over Lux and NL and me sneaking selfies anytime Phoebe chose me to curl up against 🤣🐾. I miss the boys bbq-ing for us and ordering our drinks all day🤣🍖🍺🍾. Most importantly, I miss being on the same continent as my bestest friend in the whole wide world, my actual twin {🤣} and my favourite person to do literally anything {or nothing!} with! THAT’S IT, I’m ready to come back!🥺💔
