Geachte directie Supperclub,
Bijgaand bericht verstuurde ondergetekende naar de heer Pim Evers voorzitter van Koninklijke Horeca Nederland/ Amsterdam.
Mogelijk helpt het u in de schrijnende positie waarin een deel van de horeca, zijnde pop podia, clubs etc momenteel gemanoeuvreerd worden door oa de Gemeente Amsterdam. Ik ben er van overtuigd dat Rotterdam en andere gemeenten zullen volgen met een langdurige Covid-sluiting van oa uw etablissement.
Ik wil u dan ook mijn mogelijke 'oplossing' voor een werkende toegangscontrole, in een verregaande samenwerking met de overheid, niet onthouden.
Onderstaand treft u een kopie aan van mijn mail zoals aan genoemde heer Evers verstuurd:

Beste Pim,
Een korte introductie na alweer een lange periode misschien?
Mogelijk dat je mij uit een recent verleden nog herinnerd als een van de eigenaren van Club ABE in de Amstelstraat, of van een gezellig gesprek in samenzijn met gezamenlijke vriend Erik Maitimo.
Inmiddels is het club-avontuur, na veel gemeentelijk gedoe rondom een granaat, doorverkocht aan een ondernemer uit Leiden.
Mijn betrokkenheid met de horeca, in het bijzonder in deze vreemde tijden waarin naast een virus de virologen heersen en niet het gezonde economische verstand, blijft echter groot.
Met grote verbazing volg ik, helaas vanuit het buitenland, de maatregelen die een 'intelligente lockdown' in Nederland met zich meebrengen.
De maatregelen vanuit de Gemeente Amsterdam die gisteren in de pers verschenen zijn ronduit schokkend. Podia, clubs en concerten kunnen het voorlopig wel vergeten en ook september is een groot vraagteken in het geval van een tweede covid-golf.
Het door horeca-ondernemers voorgestelde 'temperaturen' aan de deur is afgewezen, naar ik begrijp.
Mijns inziens ontbreekt een belangrijke stem aan tafel bij de overheid, zijnde Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
Door mijn verblijf in het buitenland is het op dit moment ondoenlijk om in gesprek te geraken met het KHN, laat staan dat ik nog gehoord zou worden als ex-ondernemer in den vreemde.
Daarom wend ik mij ook maar eens tot jouw persoon, mogelijk dat jij nog wegen ziet om de KHN en MKB tot een plan II en landelijk mediadruk te forceren.
Hoe?
Met een mogelijke oplossing die reeds in het buitenland aanwezig is: '5 minute Covid testing'.
Zoals ik het lees betreft het een apparaat ter grootte van een broodrooster dat makkelijk te hanteren is zelfs voor een leek, zo blijkt uit de publiciteit.
Ik sluit enkele artikelen bij van de VS waar het apparaat aan de Eerste Lijn-zorg verstrekt wordt en een artikel van het vliegveld te Abu Dhabi alwaar een test loopt met een soortgelijk apparaat.
Mijn gedachte zou zijn dat de GGD mobiele en vaste Covid-testlocaties in gebruik gaat nemen, specifiek of onder andere voor de horeca. Dit mogelijk ism het Rode Kruis.
Naar ik begrijp wil de overheid deze organisatie toch al sterk uitbreiden voor de reguliere 20-minuten Covid bloedtest.
GGD is toch al regelmatig op evenementen en horeca-locaties aanwezig voor het gratis laten analyseren van drugs, dus dit zou slechts een (hopelijk) tijdelijke aanpassing zijn. Voor Amsterdam denk ik bijvoorbeeld aan in&om de pleinen, bij parkeergarages e.d
Ik heb geen idee wat de apparaten kosten, maar ik voorspel 'duur' en een langere levertijd.
Maar mogelijk kunnen Delftse studenten aan het klonen slaan?
Hoe dan ook: kijkend naar de pers afgelopen dagen met illegale sh**ha garage lounges, verzamelingen in parken en illegale feesten cq thuiskroegen heeft de overheid minstens zo'n groot belang om de horeca liever eerder dan later te openen.
Het is onmogelijk om jongeren en zelfs ouderen tot en met september te weerhouden samen te komen en desnoods illegaal een horeca-beleving te hebben. Daarnaast staan er tienduizenden banen en honderden bedrijven op het spel die eveneens veel steun gaan kosten.
Geld dat beter in 'horeca-Covid-testen' gestoken kan worden.
De executie moet niet moeilijk zijn.Na de goedkeuring door een GGD-test krijgt de geteste persoon een uniek downloadbaar 'attest' voor op een mobiel gekoppeld aan een ID, welke gescanned/ bekeken kan naast de ID bij een horeca-zaak/ evenement.
Mocht er onverhoopt toch wat gebeuren is onmiddellijk bekend wie aanwezig waren in het bedrijf en dan benaderd kunnen worden. Ook fijn voor de afdeling Openbare Orde & Veiligheid plus politie:mensen die wat verbergen gaan zo niet .op stap
Toegang is dan uitsluitend mogelijk met een overheids goedgekeurd attest, waarbij deze goedkeuring na bijvoorbeeld 2 weken (of langer als virologen dit mogelijk achten, gezien incubatie en besmettingstijd) automatisch komt te vervallen.
Voor de volgende stap-avond moet wederom weer even bij de GGD langs. Hetzij op een mobiele locatie, met mogelijk wachttijd. Dan wel door de week op een vaste locatie waar ook 'bloed prikken', gratis SOA- en HIV-test plaats hebben.
Uiteraard kan de overheid zelf verder denken over andere mogelijke applicaties van de test en het mobiele attest.
Horeca gelegenheden kunnen de test als verplicht in het veiligheidsplan opnemen.
Zoals aangegeven Pim; ik probeer slechts mee te denken en zoek een gehoorde spreekbuis naar de branche organisaties toe.
Gaan deze organisatie niet met bovenstaand plan, of ander vervolg-plan de overheid uitdagen dan voorzie ik donkere dagen in de natte horeca én een wildgroei aan illegale activiteiten.
Uiteraard hoor ik graag uw gedachten en eventuele mogelijkheden om het paard vóór de wagen te krijgen in plaats van slapend erachter. Ik help graag waar nodig en verwacht er niets voor terug.

Bijgaand bericht verstuurde ondergetekende naar de heer Pim Evers voorzitter van Koninklijke Horeca Nederland/ Amsterdam.
Mogelijk helpt het u in de schrijnende positie waarin een deel van de horeca, zijnde pop podia, clubs etc momenteel gemanoeuvreerd worden door oa de Gemeente Amsterdam. Ik ben er van overtuigd dat Rotterdam en andere gemeenten zullen volgen met een langdurige Covid-sluiting van oa uw etablissement.
Ik wil u dan ook mijn mogelijke 'oplossing' voor een werkende toegangscontrole, in een verregaande samenwerking met de overheid, niet onthouden.

Een korte introductie na alweer een lange periode misschien?
Mogelijk dat je mij uit een recent verleden nog herinnerd als een van de eigenaren van Club ABE in de Amstelstraat, of van een gezellig gesprek in samenzijn met gezamenlijke vriend Erik Maitimo.
Inmiddels is het club-avontuur, na veel gemeentelijk gedoe rondom een granaat, doorverkocht aan een ondernemer uit Leiden.
Mijn betrokkenheid met de horeca, in het bijzonder in deze vreemde tijden waarin naast een virus de virologen heersen en niet het gezonde economische verstand, blijft echter groot.
Met grote verbazing volg ik, helaas vanuit het buitenland, de maatregelen die een 'intelligente lockdown' in Nederland met zich meebrengen.
De maatregelen vanuit de Gemeente Amsterdam die gisteren in de pers verschenen zijn ronduit schokkend. Podia, clubs en concerten kunnen het voorlopig wel vergeten en ook september is een groot vraagteken in het geval van een tweede covid-golf.
Het door horeca-ondernemers voorgestelde 'temperaturen' aan de deur is afgewezen, naar ik begrijp.
Mijns inziens ontbreekt een belangrijke stem aan tafel bij de overheid, zijnde Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.
Door mijn verblijf in het buitenland is het op dit moment ondoenlijk om in gesprek te geraken met het KHN, laat staan dat ik nog gehoord zou worden als ex-ondernemer in den vreemde.
Daarom wend ik mij ook maar eens tot jouw persoon, mogelijk dat jij nog wegen ziet om de KHN en MKB tot een plan II en landelijk mediadruk te forceren.
Hoe?
Met een mogelijke oplossing die reeds in het buitenland aanwezig is: '5 minute Covid testing'.
Zoals ik het lees betreft het een apparaat ter grootte van een broodrooster dat makkelijk te hanteren is zelfs voor een leek, zo blijkt uit de publiciteit.
Ik sluit enkele artikelen bij van de VS waar het apparaat aan de Eerste Lijn-zorg verstrekt wordt en een artikel van het vliegveld te Abu Dhabi alwaar een test loopt met een soortgelijk apparaat.
Mijn gedachte zou zijn dat de GGD mobiele en vaste Covid-testlocaties in gebruik gaat nemen, specifiek of onder andere voor de horeca. Dit mogelijk ism het Rode Kruis.
Naar ik begrijp wil de overheid deze organisatie toch al sterk uitbreiden voor de reguliere 20-minuten Covid bloedtest.
GGD is toch al regelmatig op evenementen en horeca-locaties aanwezig voor het gratis laten analyseren van drugs, dus dit zou slechts een (hopelijk) tijdelijke aanpassing zijn. Voor Amsterdam denk ik bijvoorbeeld aan in&om de pleinen, bij parkeergarages e.d
Ik heb geen idee wat de apparaten kosten, maar ik voorspel 'duur' en een langere levertijd.
Maar mogelijk kunnen Delftse studenten aan het klonen slaan?
Hoe dan ook: kijkend naar de pers afgelopen dagen met illegale sh**ha garage lounges, verzamelingen in parken en illegale feesten cq thuiskroegen heeft de overheid minstens zo'n groot belang om de horeca liever eerder dan later te openen.
Het is onmogelijk om jongeren en zelfs ouderen tot en met september te weerhouden samen te komen en desnoods illegaal een horeca-beleving te hebben. Daarnaast staan er tienduizenden banen en honderden bedrijven op het spel die eveneens veel steun gaan kosten.
Geld dat beter in 'horeca-Covid-testen' gestoken kan worden.
De executie moet niet moeilijk zijn.Na de goedkeuring door een GGD-test krijgt de geteste persoon een uniek downloadbaar 'attest' voor op een mobiel gekoppeld aan een ID, welke gescanned/ bekeken kan naast de ID bij een horeca-zaak/ evenement.
Mocht er onverhoopt toch wat gebeuren is onmiddellijk bekend wie aanwezig waren in het bedrijf en dan benaderd kunnen worden. Ook fijn voor de afdeling Openbare Orde & Veiligheid plus politie:mensen die wat verbergen gaan zo niet .op stap
Toegang is dan uitsluitend mogelijk met een overheids goedgekeurd attest, waarbij deze goedkeuring na bijvoorbeeld 2 weken (of langer als virologen dit mogelijk achten, gezien incubatie en besmettingstijd) automatisch komt te vervallen.

Excuses hiervoor! Maar vannacht werd ik net onderaan de wc bedreigd door een gast. Hij kneep mij heel hard in mijn arm waardoor ik niks kon doen. Ik vroeg hem om op te houden. Vervolgens kneep hij keihard in mijn andere arm. Precies op dat moment was er net niemand die iets kon zien of horen. Ik heb dit uitgelegd aan de beveiliging en ik hoop dat hier iets aan word gedaan.
