WHEN NINA PIERSON VISITS OUR SHOWROOM

collaborates with on revitalizing her wardrobe, visiting our showroom for some inspiration. A casual afternoon evolved into a session of grown-up dress-up. And we got to ask some questions.

Q. How would you incorporate fashion rental into your closet?

NINA. “The obvious answer is for special events, like a wedding or gala. But what I really learned from visiting your showroom is that rental has so much more to offer. I went away for a weekend with my boyfriend and I rented the Margiela jeans and the Yves Saint Laurent Peplum top. I highly recommend renting for holidays, weekends away or a birthday. I felt great, and it added so much fun to that weekend.”

HOW WE MET….

Via DM actually! We coincidentally launched our own, seperate rental services around the same time. We followed each other, keeping an eye on the competition ;) At some point we DM’d each other and decided to meet for coffee. We spoke for hours on our learnings and sharing our thoughts on how fashion rental should move forward.

2 weeks later Juliette was in Paris for a buying appointment. It was kind of a lonely trip. Which made her send a text: Hi Eeke, I hope you’re enjoying your holiday. Maybe a little out of the blue, but should we merge our businesses?

And here we are 💚

This photo was taken exactly one year ago at our first pop/up together.

We are so proud that this year we can meet all of you in our own showroom. We’re open every Sunday (1-5pm) or by appointment at Tesselschadestraat 12.
