This checkered fabric blazer is perfect for the spring. You can wear it as a summer jacket, but it also wearable inside. The main fabric is a flannel organic cotton (GOTS-certified). This fabric is woven in twill weave so it’s a flexible garment. The slightly roughened fabric gives you an extra soft touch.
The garment has a bamboo satin lining. Kids are not sweating in a way an adult does, but the difference between a natural hydrating and ventilating fabric and polyester is massive. The bamboo satin gives cooling on the warmer days and a pleasant warm feeling during colder days. Besides this, it absorbs really good and the bamboo is a 100% sustainable. In short, a fashionable blazer/jacket but produced in a sustainable way!

Mijn eigen kinderkleding lijn starten, iets waar ik al lange tijd van droom. Nu de lancering steeds dichterbij komt, krijg ik steeds meer het besef hoe gaaf het eigenlijk is! Het gevoel van, is dit echt? Komt mijn droom eindelijk uit? Hoe zal het gaan? Hoe komt het met de verkoop? Vinden mensen het leuk? Onzekerheden, maar ook trotse gevoelens. Ook al is het een sprong in het diepe, ik vertrouw er op dat het vangnet gaat verschijnen. Ik heb er in ieder geval zin in, jullie ook?

Starting my own kids fashion brand, it’s something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time. With the launce coming closer, the more I realize how cool it actually us. I mean, is this real? Is my dream finally coming true? How should it go? Can I sell the clothes? Are people going to like it? Insecurities, but I’m also proud! Even though it’s a leap in the dark, I’m very excited!
