Captured by the fantasy and expression around the world of fashion, I quickly discovered the excitement in the making of clothing. I decided to develop my fashion fascination and creative mind by signing up for an Art&Fashion education at the Artez Hogeschool in Arnhem (NL). To gain a wider expertise in technique, I then entered the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp (BE), an adventure that wou
ld determine my direction in life. With an ingenious eye for detail and a profound interest in fabrics, colours and structures, I constantly nourish my desire for knowledge, that I then project on to my imagination, inspired by all that is happening or plainly existing around me...and beyond. A game of contrasts between materials, shapes and colours, well-preserved or even degraded, but also of different aspects beween the sexes. With my own personal style I bring both innovation and recognition in my designs. Each piece is unique, related to my identity but created by the mood and the desire of the moment. It's handcrafted, of a fabric specifically chosen for that one item. Worn by a man or a woman who is confident, tough and straightforward but who, at the same time, plays his or her emotions, evoking mystery and seduction.
