Over the past few weeks we've had literally thousands of tags across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. While our follower count hasn't grown as much as we expected... hmmmmm 🤔...

Hoi anō, this giveaway was never solely about us, its about whanau affected.

Our goal has always been to raise awareness for Breast Cancer, and if we've helped spread that message even a little further, then we've achieved exactly what we set out to do. 💗

Day 7 with AVP 💪

Another big day of sorting, organising, setting up, and cleaning out the new workspace.

Today’s mission included modifying desks and tables by adding roller wheels to make the space more practical and efficient. It was definitely a team effort today, so a huge thank you to Shlami for all the help. ❤️

Not a lot else to report today… I’m absolutely knackered! 😅

SHIPPING RATES 📬

Hi guys,

We often receive questions about our shipping costs, so we wanted to provide a little insight into how they work.

At Aloua Vision & Print, we offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within New Zealand and Australia, regardless of whether your parcel is going to a residential or rural address, or whether your order is large or small.

Over recent years, shipping costs have increased significantly. Despite this, we work hard to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible. In many cases, we absorb part of the actual freight cost ourselves so we can continue offering a simple flat-rate option to all of our customers.

Our current shipping rates are:

New Zealand:$12.99 NZD
Australia:$32.99 NZD
Europe:$60.00 NZD
United States:$80.00 NZD

While we may need to review these prices in the future as freight costs continue to change, we are pleased that we can maintain these rates for now.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reduce our shipping prices any further. Doing so would mean operating at a loss, and as a small family business, that simply isn't sustainable.

We completely understand that shipping costs can be frustrating, and we genuinely sympathise. Please know that we are always looking for ways to keep costs down without compromising the service we provide.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support of our small family business. It truly means the world to us.
