At He Taiao Māori Boutique Cleaning Services, I am committed to providing affordable, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services. Every home is treated with care, respect, and attention to detail.
Pricing
Please read each service description carefully before booking.
Move-In and Move-Out Cleans are charged at $75 per hour. The total cost depends on the size and condition of the property and the time required to complete the job.
General Regular Deep Clean is a fixed price of $200, as this service includes a specific list of cleaning tasks outlined in the service description.
Additional services (such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, wall washing, organising cupboards, or any extra requests) are charged separately and will be discussed before the booking begins.
Bookings & Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date when sufficient notice is given.
Last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.
💯Children & Family Emergency Policy
As a sole parent, my children will always be my first priority.
If an unexpected situation arises involving my children or their safety, I may need to stop work immediately or postpone a booking. If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and arrange a new time, usually the following day or the next available date.
Isincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Family emergencies are never planned, and I will always do my best to minimise any inconvenience while ensuring your service is completed as soon as possible.
Respect & Safety
I ask that all clients provide a safe and respectful environment while I am working. Any aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in the service being stopped immediately.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless another arrangement has been agreed to before the booking.
