Here we go......lockdown again, a holiday for some but for me it means extra stress of trying to complete my study and looking after my wee girl.
I do have facemasks available and can make to order for any age or gender, triple thickness and washable. $9 each, stay safe everyone.

I think it's good to give your child choices to give them more independence. Skylah picks her outfits most days (with help) and of course her hair accessories, today it was a head band.

Southland A&P Show - Cancelled

In response to the Alert Level 2 announcement the Southland A&P Association Executive in consultation with the Show Planning Committee regrettably inform our supporters that the 2021 Southland A&P Show including the Southland Charity Hospital Night Market is cancelled.

At this stage the Home Industries Section, Beef Herdsperson and Dairy Showmanship will be held on an alternative date and place once Alert Level 2 restrictions are lifted. There may also be a chance for Showjumping to be held at a later date.

We will still be continuing with our major fundraising raffle for the Southland Charity Hospital.

Entrants, Competitors, Trade, Sponsors, Small business operators, sub-contractors, Food Vendors, Committee, Personnel and Crafters will be contacted over the next few days- we thank all those involved for their support and understanding in what is an incredibly hard decision to make for our Executive. The Association hasn’t missed staging an annual show since World War II.

There have been a considerable number of hours put in to planning the event but the safety of 'Our People and Our Province' is our priority.
