Kia Ora everybody.

It's been awhile since I've posted on here. Business has been up and down but I just wanted to come explain a few things on how our order process works.

So I have a MADE TO ORDER PROCESS and it works in stages.

1. When you place an order, I send an order confirmation to say I have received your order.

2. When order had been paid, I then order garments as per order, now here's the tricky part.

Most of the orders I receive are for one or two garments. And sometimes I get 2 orders in one week. That's not a lot but it's still an order. Once money is received I then go online to purchase garments to be printed.

When you're buying 2-3 pieces at a time it's actually quite expensive, because it's not in bulk, but it's ok because it's out process at the moment. I then have to wait until clothes have been delivered then I can take them into the printers. Now already it's taken 3-4days until package arrives.

Once they're at the printers, we have a few more days to wait until they're completed. Now sometimes, the money paid for the gear is mostly used up on making the garment, with no profit being made, because it's not in bulk and im having to pay the extra because im not making enough on profits. Also sometimes printers make a mistake which delays it a but more which is why i say please allow 10-12 working days. Sometime it goes beyond that and it's honestly out of my hands 🙏but I will keep pushing and learning until I achieve my goal 🙏

You guys are important to me and I really appreciate the support. I will try a bit harder and try not to let anyone down.
