We collect, preserve and support the classic car community through events, sponsorships, and entertainment. Waimak Classic Cars was established in Canterbury, New Zealand with the aim to preserve classic and vintage vehicles. Our key interest is to ensure that these are sold to good homes for a respectable value. We believe classic cars should be considered an alternative investment to stocks and property – tangible assets you can see, admire and enjoy – assets you have control over.

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY from all of us at Waimak Classic Cars...today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers and father figures who sparked our love of cars and created lasting family memories. The car pictured belonged to my grandfather in Malta. After he passed away, it was handed down to my father, then to me when I married in 1997. I still own it in New Zealand today, and one day it will be passed on to my children.This little car inspired my passion and eventually led to Waimak Classic Cars. I guess some cars are more than machines, they are family, and at times, an inspiration. Wishing all fathers, grandfathers and father figures out there a wonderful Father’s Day!
