Refund, exchange and store credit is readily available however subject to the reason for return. All items MUST be returned in the same condition they were sent out with all tags and packaging attached. All items will be checked over prior to any refunds or exchanges! All items within New Zealand are posted via New Zealand post, they sent by parcel post and the general cost is $5.00, *warning* this means that it is not track and trace, if you would like your item to be tracked there will be an extra cost.
