It’s been a while.
TL;DR: I’ll be returning in 2026! 🎉 (exact month TBC)
Firstly I would like to formally apologise for essentially disappearing with no proper notice. I wasn’t sure how much chyenot would have to be set aside as I took on a full time job and part time study.
A lot has happened since I invested in my commercial machine back in 2023. Shortly after that big purchase, I unexpectedly found myself stepping into a completely new health professional field. Why? Honestly, I still can’t fully explain it — my passion shifted!
Running your own small business has incredible highs and challenging lows. For example, on one hand, no difficult coworkers to deal with — but on the other hand, no coworkers at all. Working in community pharmacy has been a positive experience for me. It is very important to me to be working and doing something that I really enjoy and be working alongside people who have a brilliant work ethic and are mature, professional, kind hearted and humble at the very least. I was lucky enough to finally find a team who are not only supportive and hardworking, but also share my values and work ethic. It feels amazing to be surrounded by people who “get it.”
That said… I’ve been feeling the itch to return to custom orders again! ✨ In 2026, I’ll be relaunching and getting the gears turning. Before then, I have lots of updates planned: refreshing my website, fixing my email (yes, it’s been giving me trouble too), streamlining the order form, adjusting prices (inflation spares no one!), restocking materials, and hopefully introducing a stable product line featuring my own original designs.
After 6.5 years of studying (uni included), I’m so ready to dedicate my time back into building something adventurous and creative again. But this won’t all happen overnight, so I appreciate your patience while I prepare for a proper comeback. In all honesty, I will probably start off by accepting only very few limited spots per week for custom embroidery.
