At BabyTale, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Process for Returns

1.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. Initiate a Return:
o Contact Us by Whatsapp to initiate the Return Process and get the address to return the package.

2. Prepare Your Return:
o Securel

y package the items you wish to return. o Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and contact information.

3. Shipping Your Return:
o Forward the package to the address we provide when you contacted us to initiate the return process. Return Shipping Costs:
• You may choose to ship the items using your preferred carrier at your own cost. In this case, we recommend using a traceable service. However, if you choose us to pay the courier charge, it would be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved returns will be processed, though mobile payments or account transfer within 7-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the return is rejected, we will notify you and send the item back to you. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
