We were privileged today to meet with the PNG Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Papua New Guinea to the United Nations, H.E Mr. Fred Sarufa,
Mr. Cephas Kayo, Deputy Head of Mission, Papua New Guinea Embassy in Washington D.C and Ms. Anna Mokono, First Secretary of the Mission prior to the New York Fashion Week Run way happening this weekend.

PNG Embassy in USA has confirmed that; "This is the first for Papua New Guinea to be represented on the runway in New York! "Thus the PNG Embassy team from Washington DC is flying to New York to witness and show support to this historic event for PNG Bilum - Showcasing Collection Brand " Bilum Meri and Niyana Cowrie" a collaboration work with Amuni Womens' Foundation and Goroka Bilum Festival Goroka Bilum Weavers, EHP Papua New Guinea as it dances its way down the prestigious New York Fashion Week Run Way. Joing us also will be Ms. Marjorie Wells from the Vanuatu Mission.

We take this time also to thank our followers, Fans, Family and Friends of Bilum for the continuous Love and Support you've given.
