JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Role: CAD Technician (Architecture / Design & Project Support)

Location: Port Moresby

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Architecture / Construction

Join our team to support architectural design delivery from concept through to construction producing high-quality Revit / CAD documentation and visuals while helping keep projects on track.

Role Summary:

- We are seeking a CAD Technician (support architectural projects by producing accurate design development documentation, developing concept design visuals (renderings/animations), and assisting with project coordination activities such as planning, monitoring, communication, and document control.

Proficiency in our CAD tools: AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD / SketchUp

- Ability to support design development and coordinate documentation through multiple project stages.

- Experience with photo-realistic rendering and/or animation for architectural projects.

- Sound understanding of document control practices and quality checking prior to issue.

- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to track progress and manage competing priorities.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants.

- May be asked to take part in the local rugby union competition alongside the managing director, if rugby union skills are detected.
