Customers are also advised to follow the steps below to retrieve an Easipay voucher via Kina Konnect if you do not receive the token:

• Dial *525 #, enter PIN
• Click on 2 for Top up Easipay
• Then click on 3 for Easipay voucher
• Choose from the list to retrieve the day’s Easipay voucher
• An SMS will be generated to your mobile number containing the details.

Retrieve via PeiBeta, follow these steps:

• Log into Peibeta
• Enter username and password
• Click on the hamburger menu and click on Transaction History
• Under Recent Transaction, download the receipt that contains details of your Easipay purchase

Retrieve via WhatsApp, follow these steps:

• Message “Hi” to +675 7525 0000
• Enter your OTP sent to your registered email address
• Enter 2 for “Top Up” Services
• Enter 3 for Easipay Voucher
• Enter the number of the transaction you would like to retrieve
• Details of the Easipay voucher should appear after your selection
