Qualifications:

* Experience in garment production is an advantage.
* Detail-oriented and hardworking.
* Able to use trimming tools safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Trim excess threads and fabric from garments.
* Check garments for visible defects.
* Help ensure products meet quality standards.
* Organize finished garments before packing.
* Keep the work area clean and organized.

* Knowledge of garment construction, stitching, and finishing standards
* Able to follow quality control procedures and specifications
* Organized, responsible, and dependable
* Can work under pressure and meet production deadlines
* Willing to render overtime when needed

* Inspect garments during and after production
* Check measurements, stitching quality, and overall workmanship
* Identify and report defects
* Coordinate with the production team for corrections
* Ensure all finished products meet quality standards before packing and delivery.
