๐ Hiring: US Logistics SaaS Customer Success & Sales Manager ๐ข (Work from Home - PH)
Location: Remote (Philippines-Based)
Work Hours: US Pacific Time (Night Shift)

Rate: $9/hr, plus commission, with a spot bonus for qualified demos
The Role: We are looking for a high-performing, customer-focused professional in the Philippines to be the primary point of contact for our North American customers. You will manage the full customer lifecycle: from the moment they click a Google Ad, through the product demo, to technical onboarding and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Sales & Demos: Conduct 1-on-1 virtual demonstrations for US/Canada export managers. You must be able to explain complex logistics workflows clearly.
โข Lead Management: Promptly follow up on inbound leads from Google Ads and trade organization directories.
โข Technical Onboarding: Guide customers through setting up their inventory, integrating truck scales, and connecting with shipping line APIs.
โข Customer Support: Troubleshoot "real-world" issues involving scale tickets, container bookings, and documentation.
โข Retention: Build long-term relationships with our customers by providing excellent support
Requirements:
โข Logistics Knowledge: Previous experience in Freight Forwarding, Ocean Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
โข Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (a neutral accent is preferred for US client base).
โข Tech Literacy: Experience with SaaS tools, CRM software, and basic hardware troubleshooting (e.g., scale/printer connectivity).
โข Reliability: Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed fiber internet and a reliable power backup (UPS/Generator) to support US night-shift hours.
