1. Reservation or Immediate Order
โข If you would like to place an order, simply message our page, and weโll guide you through the process.
โข To secure your ribbon bouquet, a 50% down payment is required within 1-2 days of placing the order.
โข The remaining 50% balance must be settled upon delivery of the product.
โข Rush orders may incur an additional fee, subject to availability.
2. Order Confirmation
โข Orders will only be processed once the initial down payment has been received and confirmed.
โข A confirmation message will be sent via your FB account to finalize the order.
3. Cancellation Policy
โข If you decide to cancel your order after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee amount will depend on the type and cost of the product. This ensures fairness for the time and materials used to prepare your bouquet.
4. Delivery and Pickup Options
โข We offer delivery services to your preferred location or pickup at Bago City Proper. Delivery fees may apply depending on your area.
โข Ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.
5. Payment Methods
โข Payments can be made through Gcash (09277457238 - Rex Santillan) or just message "Roro Maglantay" on Facebook on how can you pay. Details will be provided upon request.
6. Refund Policy
โข Refunds are not applicable for completed and delivered orders unless there are proven defects or issues directly caused by our service.
