"Right person, wrong time" is a myth created to comfort people who aren't willing to do the work needed to sustain a long-term relationship. they'd rather leave and find someone "easier" who fits their current needs than stick it out and grow with someone they truly love, as growth would force them to face the parts of themselves they're trying to avoid.
