⚠️ AWARENESS POST & CALLING THE ATTENTION OF J&T EXPRESS ⚠️

We are calling the attention of J&T Express Philippines regarding a very concerning incident.

The parcel we originally packed and sent to our customer was not the same parcel that was delivered. Someone copied our waybill, including all of our shipping details, but the packaging that reached the customer was completely different from the one we prepared and shipped.

We take great care in packing every order before handing it over for shipment. This incident has affected not only our business but also the trust of our valued customers.

We respectfully request J&T Express to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and determine where and how the parcel was altered. We hope this issue will be resolved immediately and that the responsible individuals will be held accountable.
