๐Ÿค 12 YEARS OF GODโ€™S FAITHFULNESS ๐Ÿค

Today, we celebrate 12 years of MIL -- 12 years of Godโ€™s faithfulness, grace, and sustenance through every season.

Through the highs and the lows, the breakthroughs and the waiting seasons, the answered prayers and the moments when we had to simply trustโ€ฆ

God has been faithful. Always.

What started as a small dream has become more than just a footwear business. It has become a story of purpose, people, craftsmanship, community, and faith.

12 years later, we can only look back and say:

โ€œEbenezer -- Thus far, the Lord has helped us.โ€
1 Samuel 7:12

To our artisans, team, customers, supporters, family, and everyone who has walked with MIL thank you for being part of this journey.

Today, I had the privilege of being part of "Overcoming Fear: The Power of the First Step,โ€ an intimate workshop with the incredible Kristin Lim Co Lim Kristin Lim, Storyteller

Kristin has become not only an amazing friend, but someone I deeply admire for her creativity, courage, and love for craft, art, and stories.

And today, I faced one of my own fears:

As a founder, Iโ€™m learning that building MIL means learning to speak not just about footwear, but about our story, our artisans, our mission, and our dream of building something proudly local.

And honestly, it can still be scary.

But today reminded me:

I also met people from different cultures, heard their stories, and was reminded how beautiful human connection can be when we simply take the time to listen.

And thenโ€ฆ ๐Š๐ˆ๐‹๐ˆ๐†. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ

Kristin signed her book right in front of me and I got to see her wearing one of her favorite MIL designs, our ๐–๐ž๐๐ ๐ž ๐€๐›๐š๐œ๐š.

Something handmade by our Cebuano artisans, now being worn and loved by someone whose creativity I deeply admire.

That moment meant so much to me.

Our Wedge Abaca is now open for reservation.

But Iโ€™m leaving today with something bigger than a product moment.
