🔍 Qualifications:
✅ At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies
✅ Organized, proactive, and can work independently
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Willing to work with a developing company and grow with the team
✅ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field is a plus

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Behavioral Management, or HRDM
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an HR Generalist handling end-to-end HR functions
Preferred Certifications (an advantage, but not required):
• Registered Psychometrician (RPm); or
• Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA)
