Q. How many days will I receive the package? Our Sales Rep will provide applicable ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival); ETA is affected by current rules/protocols on shipment of goods, govern by local mandates
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. FAILURE to give the right address to where the package will be sent, will cause DELAYS. If any mistake on the address you will pay another shipping fee if you want us to send it again to the correct address
2. FAILURE to send the payment to the correct details will cause another delay so make sure that when you send the payment, double check the details.
3. Wrong item/Damage returns?
- RETURN/EXCHANGE - DAMAGE - Send us a photo of the said damage; WRONG ITEM - Send us a picture of the received item(s). Once verified you have 7 days to return the item back to us & work on the case (Process will be explained by Sales Rep)
