It’s that time of the month for me, and I’m honouring my menstrual phase.

When our hormones are at lowest, it’s natural to feel slower, more inward, more reflective.

Understanding this has changed how I plan my work and rest. 💖

So instead of creating, I’m resting.
Instead of pushing, I’m pausing.

Working with my body feels more intentional than working against it. I hope more women realise this too ✨🩷
