We’re updating our shipping process to protect your orders and to keep our small business safe from repeated courier losses. 🙏
Recently, two parcels were lost in transit, one via SPX (worth ₱500+) and one via J&T (worth ₱1,000). Kahit crystal clear po sa invoice and shipping instructions na we are not liable once handed over to the courier, we still refunded out of goodwill, kahit luging-lugi na kami. 😔
Pero hindi na po talaga natin pwedeng hayaan maulit pa for the third time. 🙏
For transparency, here’s the full breakdown ⬇️⬇️
📌 WHY WE’RE SWITCHING TO DIRECT SHIPPING (J&T)
• Shopee/TikTok checkout basket only has no declared value since items are already paid bago pa kayo checkout.
• Because of this, wala kaming habol kapag nawala ang parcel. The app only refunds cart value, not the actual item value.
• With direct J&T shipping, we can declare the real value, so your parcel is insured and refundable if anything happens while in transit.
📌 WHAT’S NEW
• All invoices will include shipping fee + insurance fee.
• Boxed orders may cost more depending on declared value and volume.
• You may still choose Shopee/TikTok checkout, pero no refunds na po talaga if the parcel gets lost or damaged by the courier, since basket-only checkout is not insured.
📌 COD OPTIONS (TikTok or Shopee)
COD is still available!
• COD total = invoice amount + app charges
• Apps add their own COD and App fee on top of your invoice total.
We’re not doing this to make things harder, we’re doing this to ensure you’re protected, and we’re protected. We are a small business trying to survive day by day, and this is one step forward in upgrading our system to keep everything fair, secure, and reliable for everyone.
