Some days I can’t give my best. But I don’t quit like I used to. I’m learning to stay consistent, even in the middle of mom life.

My progress is quiet. No perfect routine, no shortcuts. Just steady effort and choosing to keep going.

13kg down in Q1 of 2026… I fcking did that. 💪🔥

No shortcuts. No slimming pills. No shots. Just consistency, discipline, and choosing better (not perfect) every single day.

Started at 77kg (slide photos for reference). Life hit, I got sick, lost a bit, then something clicked. I showed up for myself. Worked out. Ate better. Still had my moments (because yes, the Rica in me loves a good drink + fast food ), but now I choose my poison. Balance, baby. 🤣

Current: 64kg
In this photo: ~69kg
Goal: 60kg

Still a few kilos to go, but damn… I’m already so proud of how far I’ve come. Halfway there and stronger than ever.
