Art is a craft. So is every profession built on passion, precision, and purpose.

A distinguished Filipino contemporary visual artist, Joey Cobcobo Joey Cobcobo bridges his Igorot and Ilocano heritage with the complexities of modern urban life. Through painting, woodcarving, and printmaking, he transforms ancestral narratives, cultural memory, and social reflections into powerful visual stories that explore identity, inheritance, and the Filipino experience.

Born in Umingan, Pangasinan, Joey’s artistic journey has been recognized through prestigious awards and exhibitions both locally and internationally. His works continue to challenge perspectives, preserve narratives, and create meaningful conversations through the language of art.

For Artillery, the connection between an artist and an apron goes beyond function. Both represent dedication, discipline, and the hands that bring ideas to life. An apron protects the maker, carries the traces of the process, and becomes a silent witness to countless hours of passion and craftsmanship.

Just as Joey leaves his imprint on canvas and wood, every chef, artisan, and professional leaves a story through their craft. Artillery honors those who create with intention, embrace their expertise, and wear their work with pride.

More than workwear, Artillery is a tribute to the makers, creators, and visionaries who shape culture through their hands.

Some stories are meant to be captured. Others are meant to be preserved.

Ruston Banal has spent over a decade using his craft to document truth, culture, and identity. Through documentary filmmaking, photography, image forensics, and historical research, he explores the stories behind images, traditions, and heritage, ensuring that they are preserved with authenticity and purpose.

As a Kapampangan historian and advocate for cultural preservation, Ruston has dedicated his work to documenting the rich traditions of Pampanga, particularly its culinary heritage. Through his book “Pimamanan: A Taste of 65 Heirloom Pampangan Dishes,” he honors generations of families who have passed down recipes, memories, and stories. For him, food is more than a reflection of flavor. It is a vessel of history, identity, and Filipino heritage.

A proud son of Betis, Pampanga, Ruston represents the values we celebrate at Artillery: Workers’ Couture: dedication to craft, respect for heritage, authenticity, and the pursuit of excellence.

We are proud to stand alongside Ruston Banal, whose passion goes beyond his craft. He carries stories, honors heritage, and creates a legacy through the work he continues to pursue with purpose and pride.

Some chefs cook meals. Others shape the way an entire culture is understood. Chef Romy Dorotan has done both.

Chef Romy Dorotan is a celebrated Filipino American chef, cookbook author, and co founder of the acclaimed Cendrillon and Purple Yam restaurants. Together with his wife and business partner, Amy Besa, he has helped redefine how the world sees Filipino cuisine, elevating its flavors, honoring its traditions, and bringing its stories to tables across the United States and the Philippines.

For decades, Chef Romy has championed indigenous ingredients, regional foodways, and the farmers, producers, and communities that keep these traditions alive. From New York to Manila, his work stands as a powerful reminder that culinary excellence begins with authenticity, respect for heritage, and an unwavering commitment to craft.

These are values we hold close at Artillery.

Like Chef Romy, we believe that meaningful work is rooted in purpose. Every apron we create is designed for professionals who dedicate themselves to mastery... chefs, baristas, bartenders, artisans, and makers who understand that excellence is built through countless thoughtful details.

It is an honor to see Chef Romy Dorotan wearing Artillery.

Thank you, Chef Romy, for inspiring generations to celebrate our roots, elevate Filipino craftsmanship, and carry our culinary heritage forward with pride.

Because true craftsmanship is never just about what we make. It is about the stories, traditions, and people we choose to honor along the way.

Craft with intention. Wear your story.

There is power in contrast.

The black and white checkered pattern of the 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗻 speaks of the duality every maker carries, the discipline to master a craft and the passion to push it further. It is a reminder that excellence is built one deliberate move, one service, one creation at a time.

Crafted in premium denim and reimagined for today’s professionals, chefs, bartenders, baristas, artisans, and artists, Tala is designed to move with those who create, serve, and inspire. Every pocket, stitch, and detail is thoughtfully placed to support the work of skilled hands.

Produced in intentional, limited runs, each piece reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and deep respect for craftsmanship. Because true craftsmanship is never rushed, and meaningful work is never mass produced.

Proudly Filipino made, the 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗻 honors the character, resilience, and creativity of those who build, create, and serve with purpose.

This is Workers’ Couture by Artillery. Professional wear reimagined for today’s makers, creators, and modern craftsmen. A union of form, function, and identity.

Produced in intentional limited runs, every piece reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and respect for craft. 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝟭𝟮 𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
