Due to the unstable power supply, our dryers are taking longer than usual to complete each cycle, which has resulted in delays in processing laundry orders. As a result, laundry dropped off today may be available for pickup after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Please be assured that our team is doing everything possible to minimize delays and continue providing quality service. We are closely monitoring the situation and expect operations to return to normal as soon as the power supply issue is resolved.

We would like to inform you that due to a power supply issue that is currently not fully compatible with our drying machines, additional drying time is needed to ensure that your clothes is properly dried and delivered in the best condition.

Because of this situation, an additional drying charge may be applied when necessary. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize the quality of our service.

Please also be advised of our temporary turnaround times:

- Laundry received today may be picked-up tomorrow starting 5:00 PM.
- Walk-in customers will be prioritized.
- Delivery will be processed and delivered within 1-2 days.

We sincerely apologize for any convenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. Our team is working hard to serve you better and return to our normal operations as soon as possible.
