The page was created way back October 10, 2016 to be a personal writing blog, which later switched to marketing house and lots in April 2017, when the page owner’s family got a chance to secure a little solar-powered abode in Batangas.
A lot of inquiries and referrals for site trippings were received. However, page owner had a full time job and can barely maintain the page. She also had weekend shifts, which are usually the days clients wanted to take a tour around their preferred houses. Clients mostly refused to be endorsed to another salesperson.
Fast forward to April 2020. Under the pandemic, everyone is encouraged to stay at home for safety purposes. Page owner finally got the chance to obtain certifications and attend trainings, seminars, and orientations at home. Not only for real estate, but for skincare and make-up products, as well as insurance/investment. God is really great. We only ask for one thing, but He sends more.
They say selling is more meaningful if you sell things that you also care about, and you’re not just after the revenue. The page owner finds this crucial, because she was also a customer once, aiming to purchase the three pictures above. This page was brought back to life to help others reach their goals, too. Up to this moment, page owner is continuously taking certifications for the following to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
