Shoe sizes are korean sizes, that means it's a bit smaller than Filipino sizes. Example, if your reg shoe size is 5 then u have to order a 6 especially for closed shoes. All our products are pre-order. Delivery is usually 2-7days depending on the availability of the product, you also have to set expectations to your customers that our products come from overseas. Some products require downpayment upon order especially items amounting to p2000 & up.
