Ganito lang kadali ang gumawa ng Chocolate Frosting 🥰

Stable Chocolate Frosting
Mix together:
5 egg yolks
1/4 cup cornstarch
Whisk until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
Then add:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well until smooth.
Cook over medium heat while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.
Continue mixing until it reaches your desired thickness.
Lastly, add 2 tbsp butter and mix until fully melted and incorporated.

Yema Cake Perfect panghanda
2 1/4 cup cake flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 /2 cup white sugar
7 eggyolk
1 /2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
meringue
7 eggwhites
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup white sugar
Bake for 25 minutes 180 celcius

Yema Frosting
8pcs eggyolk
5 tbsp cornstarch
2 can condensed milk
2 can evap milk milk
1/4 butter

Simple lang kung ayaw mo gayahin ang recipe ko, eh di wag. Pero wag mo papakiálaman ang pagluluto ko. 🤬😉

Para po sa iyong kaalaman: Ito ang dahilan bakit sinasangag ko ang powdered milk.

1. Mas lumalabas ang flavor
Kapag sinasaglit sa init ang powdered milk, nagkakaroon siya ng konting toasted taste. Mas nagiging malasa at hindi “hilaw” ang dating.
2. Mas mabango
Parang sa harina—kapag tinost mo, mas aromatic. Ganun din sa milk, nagiging mas appetizing ang amoy ng polvoron.
3. Mas cohesive ang texture
Yung bahagyang pag-init ng milk tumutulong para mas mag-blend siya sa flour at butter, kaya mas buo at hindi madaling maghiwa-hiwalay ang polvoron.
4. Iwas “powdery” taste
Kung hindi mo isangag, minsan parang dry at pulbos pa rin ang lasa ng milk.
