Terms & Conditions
1. All items sent for repair are accepted by Lr Bags Restoration an "as is where is" condition. Store cannot be held responsible from any damages not attributable to LRBR, i.e if in the repair process it was found out that the condition of the item is no longer repairable.
2. LRBR shall not be liable for any damage/s caused on the items because of force majeure or acts of God or loss of the item/s due to theft or fortuitous event while in transit.
3. A 50% down payment is required for every Php.10,000 total amount of repair/services .Shipping fee charged to clients.
4. Only Bank Transfer / Deposit cash payment are accepted upon receipt of goods repaired and produced.
5. LRBR will inform customers when items can be claimed. Items not claimed within 30 days after notice will be charged 20% of total amount of repair per month. Items not claimed 90 days after will be forfeited or will be sold to public auction.
6. 10% of the total amount will be charged for cancellation fee.
7. Liability of loss is only up to maximum of P5,000.00 depending on the value of the item.
WARRANTY:
Lr Bags Restoration provides warranty
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, tampering, normal wear, improper storage, tear, cracks and unauthorized repair.
