Even with a sudden change of schedule, we remained committed to bringing creativity to Ozamis and we’re so grateful to everyone who showed up. 💛

A special thank you to Matty and Mommy, and Jaefel, for starting the weekend creating with us. Your enthusiasm made the session even more memorable, and hearing that you want more is the best compliment we could ask for!

Great things begin with meaningful conversations.

Oro Ink Events recently held a planning and meeting with Film & TV Director King Mark Baco, Sir Melvin Saturos (MONHS -Theater), and Ms. Verlyn Sayles (MONHS -Media Arts) to discuss collaborative initiatives that will strengthen the creative industry in Misamis Occidental.

Among the proposed projects are a Musical Play, Media Arts Workshops, Mis.Occ. Film Festival and future programs that will nurture local talent and create more opportunities for artists, performers, filmmakers, and young creatives.

This is only the beginning. Together, we are committed to building a stronger, more connected creative community for Misamis Occidental.

What started as a simple gathering of creatives became something far more meaningful.

The Oro Ink Music & Art Jam brought together passionate individuals from the fields of music (Desiderata and Detrozza), theater, visual arts, media arts (MONHS- SPA) and film & TV—all united by a shared vision of strengthening the creative community in Misamis Occidental.

We are truly honored by the presence of TV Director King Mark Baco (GMA’s KMJS Gabi ng Lagim film and Tadhana TV Series), who shared his insights and inspired everyone with his passion for storytelling and the creative industry.

More than an event, this became a space for meaningful conversations, new connections, and future collaborations. Together, we discussed plans and opportunities that can help elevate and empower the creative industry in Misamis Occidental.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for your overwhelming support and positive response. Your enthusiasm reminds us that there is a thriving creative community waiting to grow together.

This is only the beginning.
