Not all leadership problems are loud.
Sometimes, they appear as micromanagement, ego, toxicity, lack of clarity, or leaders who forgot how to listen.
Over the years of consulting different organizations, I realized that the strongest leaders are not always the most dominant people in the room — they are often the most humble, intentional, and strategic.
