𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
• To reserve/rent an item, a downpayment is needed
• Full payment is required before gown release.
• A valid ID (photo copy w/3 signatures) and other contact details must be presented. Strictly no identification, no rental policy‼️

𝟮. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀
• Standard rental period: 3 days, including pickup and return dates (ZAMBOANGA CITY)
Day 1: Pick-up day
Day 2: Date of event
Day 3: Return day
• Standard rental period: 6-7 days, including pickup and return dates (OUTSIDE ZAMBOANGA CITY)
Day 1-2: Pick-up day
Day 3-4: Date of event
Day 5-6: Return day
•A penalty of ₱200 per day will be charged for each day the item is not returned

𝟯. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
• No cancellations or refunds once the booking is confirmed (whether downpayment or full payment)
• Rescheduling Fee: 25% of the rental price

𝟰. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀
• Rental fees vary based on the gown’s/suits design, fabric, and embellishments

𝟱. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
• Gowns must be handled with care; avoid contact with food, drinks, and rough surfaces
• Any rips, stains, tears, or damages will be assessed, and repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly
• Do not alter, wash, or iron the items. We will handle cleaning and care
• Any lost will be charged at full replacement cost

𝟲. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• The renter agrees to return the gown in the condition received.
