We deal in custom made dresses. You can select the color and style of your choice. Payments will be made in 100% advance via Money Transfer agents like Western Union, Money gram etc) for international customers and Bank transfer and easy paisa for local customers. Delivery
of order takes 20-25 days depending upon the style and number of suits. It is our duty to ensure that delivery is done within the time frame agreed with the client but in case of any mishap client will be informed accordingly. For the time being we are offering Free Shipment throughout Pakistan. Once the order is dispatched, payment is non-refundable. Our Requirement :
Once you confirm the order we will send you a measurement form. Kindly fill the form carefully and properly as the dresses are made according to the forms, therefore no responsibility is taken for any forms filled incorrectly. Once you make the payment you will get your dress within stipulated time frame. Color Disclaimer :
The color shown on the web pages may differ from what you get in actual. The reason is that the color shown on computer is always different from that one in real. Different material shows same color in different variations. So in reality it is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice. Cancellation of Order :
Once the order is placed by you, we confirmed your order and payment for the dresses made via any method , the order remains valid and cannot be canceled in the intervening period between the commissioning of the order and the delivery. If you wish to cancel your order after payment we would deduct charges till that stage with surcharge. Return Policy :
All the dresses are made according to your size and preferences. We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements or other instruction provided by you. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders unless they are sent incorrect or are defective, and in that case rectification service would be offered according to the situation. Dear customers keep in mind that dresses once made according to your measurements are delivered to you on the basis of No exchange no refund. NOTE: Once you order, and submit the payment then it would be NON-REFUNDABLE.
