The beauty of MakeMud EarthFizz is that a very simple set up, quickly thrown together into a tub, makes for lots of fun! (And buys mama some time to sit down with a drink and chill on the couch!). We had a great time with this little muddly puddly insect habitat 🐞🐛🐜

Mama vs toddlers version of our DIY Christmas Wrappers! (See last picture for the final products!)🎄🎁 Featuring our upcoming art and craft products!!

As with all activities with little ones, they don't always go as planned! The stamping lasted about 5 mins and he was done with it...much preferring to swish around with his brushes and favourite colour blue.

And that is perfectly OKAY! There is really no right way in art or in play. Don't let anyone tell you that your Christmas wrapper can't be filled with a blue "city" and orange "carrots" little one.

I learn so much from his unrestrained creativity and imagination each day! In fact, I think his abstract art version better 🤭 Waddya think? J's 💙 or mama's 🤍 ?

I set up this activity with some
- Kraft paper
- Ooly poster paint pods (coming to the shop soon!)
- DIY Stamps made of sponge and toilet roll

𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙏𝘼𝘽𝙇𝙀: 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙩 🖍🔤

Uploaded a new free printable on the blog (link in the bio!). There are two versions included, one with a bible verse of the week and one without.

It's a simple visual chart that I made to help structure my son's learning from his homeschool lessons. I have also been trying to be more intentional in introducing mandarin at home and found that this is a great way to start!

By presenting one concept a week per category, it prevents children from being overwhelmed with information and helps with retention. Visual strategies like this also provides learning opportunities even after the teaching is over!

I made the letters and numbers here out of leftover textured ang pow paper to allow him to trace them with his finger! Read more about using this chart on the blog! (link in the bio) :)

Sharing this bible verse coloring page that I made for J for our homeschool lessons previously! So thankful that I can use my interest in illustration to help J learn, and I hope it will benefit some of your little ones too!

Whilst learning about many interesting space facts with J, I was reminded again of just how great our God is. This verse was a perfect way to remind him that God created all things great and small 🌍🪐🌌

🦔𝙈𝙪𝙙 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙪𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨🌿

Inspired by , we made little porcupines 🦔 out of our MakeMud soil playdough and some leftover flowers that I was trimming to fit into a vase. J also made a cake and a garden when left to his own imagination! 🎂

I have been making sure to test all our new sensory products myself before launching them tmr! Trust me when I say that our MakeMud playdoughs feel amazing squashed between your fingers. So warm and soft, and yet full of interesting textures!

Like all our MakeMud products, the natural soil used has been filtered of living organisms and safely sterilised! Now that's one muddy mess you don't have to worry about your little one getting their hands into 😊
