- Upon receipt of order, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours to confirm the availability of your order. PAYMENT
- Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of email confirmation (from the date and time the email confirmation was sent out).
- We accept full payment only. This is to expedite order processing and delivery.
- If payment is not made within 24 hours upon receipt of email confirmation (from the date and time the email confirmation was sent out), the order is considered void.
- All goods sold are on first come first served basis.

- Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.
- We offer normal and registered mail via SingPost.
- We strongly encouraged registered mail.
- Morning Dew is not responsible for loss of goods while in transit via normal mail and damage to goods while in transit via normal or registered mail.
- Delivery charges are as follows:
Normal mail:
S$1.50 (5 items and below)
S$2.60 (6 items or more)
Registered mail:
Additional S$2.30 (This is on top of the normal mail charges)
- All delivery charges are to be borne by the customer. REFUND / EXCHANGE
- All items are carefully inspected before shipment so no return is allowed.
- However, exchange is allowed only if:
- the item delivered is not the item ordered;
- the colour of the item delivered is not the colour ordered.
- Refund is allowed only if the above conditions are met and/or the item is no longer in stock.
