To help your baby transition and adjust to a different formula with minimal effect, we recommend a slow and phased approach! 👶🍼

When it comes to your baby’s poo, it can be confusing trying to understand what is normal and what isn't. Each consistency tells a story to help you know if your baby is happy in their nappy 👶👇

💩 Paste-like or peanut butter-like poo is typically expected from a baby especially if they are on an all-liquid diet.

💩 A looser stool is common and can be totally normal. However, if your baby's poo is unusually runny and watery, it could be a sign of diarrhoea.

💩 Hard, pebble-like poo can be a sign of constipation. This is often seen alongside crying or discomfort after passing a bowel movement.

For any concerns with your baby's toilet movements always check with your health visitor or contact your GP.
