There is red. And then there is Pigeon’s Blood.

A 2.02ct Burmese ruby from Myanmar, colour graded vivid red and certified GRS type “Pigeon’s Blood” - the most coveted colour designation in the ruby world. Flanked by two oval-cut white diamonds. Accompanied by both Gübelin and GRS reports confirming no indications of thermal treatment.

Pigeon’s Blood is not a marketing term. It is a precise gemological classification reserved for rubies of exceptional colour saturation - a pure, vivid red with a subtle blue undertone that no other origin consistently produces. Fewer than a fraction of all rubies ever receive this designation.

The no-heat certification matters as much as the colour. The vast majority of rubies on the market have been heat treated to improve their appearance. An unheated Burmese ruby of this colour, at this weight, certified by two of the world’s most respected gemological laboratories, represents the stone exactly as nature created it.

This is what serious collectors wait for.

A 13.84ct blue sapphire from Burma - the Mogok Valley of Myanmar, the origin that serious collectors have pursued above all others for centuries. Cushion cut, set with diamond shoulders. Accompanied by a Gübelin report confirming no indications of heating.

That last detail matters more than most people realise. Heat treatment is used on the vast majority of sapphires to enhance colour and clarity. A Burmese sapphire of this size, in this colour, with no indications of heating - certified by Gübelin, one of the most respected gemological laboratories in the world - is the stone in its most natural, most valuable state. What you see is what the earth produced.

Burmese sapphires are prized for their depth - a royal blue that is richer, darker and more velvety than any other origin can consistently produce. At 13.84 carats, unheated, from Mogok, this ring belongs in a very short conversation.

A 12.58ct blue sapphire from Ceylon, the island now known as Sri Lanka, and still one of the most celebrated origins for blue sapphires in the world. Cushion cut, flanked by two shield-cut white diamonds.

Ceylon sapphires are prized for a quality that is difficult to describe and impossible to replicate: a blue that seems lit from within. Velvety, vivid, and deeply saturated without losing transparency. At 12.58 carats, this stone is extraordinary by any measure.

Ceylon is among the most celebrated sapphire origins in the world, a name that has defined blue sapphires for centuries. A stone of this size, from this origin, in this colour, does not come to market often.

A 1.08ct Fancy Deep Purplish Pink diamond, one of the rarest colour grades in existence, flanked by two Fancy Intense Blue diamonds of 0.45ct and 0.41ct. Three GIA-certified natural fancy coloured diamonds in a single ring.

Pink and blue diamonds of this quality are not found together by accident. A combination like this is the result of decades of relationships, deep knowledge of the market, and the patience to wait for stones that are genuinely extraordinary.

Less than 0.01% of all diamonds in the world receive a fancy colour grade. Of those, Fancy Deep Purplish Pink is among the rarest classifications the GIA issues. Paired with Fancy Intense Blue, a grade equally uncommon, this ring is in a category almost entirely its own.

This is what a meaningful collection looks like.

Available exclusively at H. Sena, The Fullerton Hotel. Private viewings by appointment.

We promised you something special...

From the H. Sena family archive - Medhanie’s aunt, Miss Sita Sena, photographed meeting the King and Queen of Thailand. A rare honour, preserved in newsprint across generations.

H. Sena’s relationship with Southeast Asian royalty spans decades. From commissioned tiaras for the Queen of Malaysia to visits from the Royal Houses of Johore and Selangor - our heritage is woven into the history of the region.

This is more than a jewellery house. It is a family story, told one extraordinary chapter at a time.

One of the oldest heirlooms of the Thai Royal Family, the Diamond Fringe Tiara has graced queens and princesses across generations - from Queen Rambhai Barni at the Coronation of King Prajadhipok in 1926, to Queen Sirikit who wore it as both tiara and necklace from the 1960s onwards, to Queen Suthida who most recently wore it at King Carl XVI Gustaf’s 80th Birthday Banquet in Stockholm earlier this year.

Versatile, timeless, and breathtaking in every form - this is what a true heirloom looks like. ✨

And speaking of Thai royalty - stay tuned tomorrow for a very special piece of H. Sena history. 👀🤍

When model Ming Xi married Mario Ho at Mont Saint-Michel, the first wedding held at the historic abbey in over 1,000 years, her diamond jewellery was as talked about as her custom Dior haute couture gown.

The look: a graduated diamond rivière necklace, matching round brilliant studs, and a show-stopping pear-cut engagement ring.

We’ve curated our own version of that look with our all natural, earth-mined diamonds, handcrafted in Singapore at H. Sena.

Whether you’re a bride, planning a big occasion, or simply believe that fine diamonds are for every day, come in and try them on. We also create fully bespoke pieces to your exact specifications.

From the courts to the aisle and every celebration in between, the diamond tennis bracelet has always known how to show up.

Chris Evert gave it its name on the tennis court. Now, brides and style icons are wearing it everywhere that matters. Model Ming Xi wore a look from Dior’s spring 2026 collection to her welcome dinner before her wedding at Mont Saint-Michel, and the diamond bracelets she chose to pair it with said everything.

Our ready-to-wear natural diamond tennis bracelets are available to view at The Fullerton Hotel.

Looking for something bespoke? We can custom-create your dream eternity bracelet in any size or setting, tailored to your style and budget and handcrafted to perfection by our Singapore artisans. DM us to bring your vision to life.

It started with Chris Evert. In 1978, Evert lost her diamond bracelet mid-match at the US Open. Play was halted while she searched for it and in that moment, the “tennis bracelet” was born.

Nearly five decades later, the court is more jewellery-forward than ever. This French Open, Aryna Sabalenka stepped onto Roland Garros wearing a custom three-strand necklace featuring over 200 carats of garnets and 23 carats of diamonds. She wasn’t alone. From Emma Raducanu to Coco Gauff, fine jewellery on court has become a statement in itself.

What these women understand is something worth knowing: 18K gold won’t tarnish with perspiration, making it ideal for everyday and active wear. Diamonds and sapphires are among the hardest stones in the world and easy to clean at home. Fine jewellery isn’t delicate. It’s made to be lived in.

Come find yours. 💌
