Lé Yan is selling products for scrapbooking and the needs and wants for the little ones at home, ranging from Scrapbook stamps, scissors, tapes, to child safe cabinet locks, anti-mosquito bands. Your order is valid and confirm after you receive a confirmation reply. Please make payment within 24 hours otherwise the order will be cancelled.
2) All payments must be made to Lé Yan Shop. There will b
e NO CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED once payment is made and after confirmation of order.
3) We prefer Ibanking. If you are doing a bank transfer, please produce a snapshot of your receipt through email.
4) All mails will be made within 1-2 days after payment has been made and verify. However, We will try to mail them out as soon as we verify your payment.
5) Normal postage is free while courier will be charged at $5.00.
6) Lé Yan will not be responsible for any delay or lost postage by normal mails.
7) There will be STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE or SWAPS/TRADES ALLOWED.
8) Self-collection is available at Bishan MRT. Pls let us know in advance the prefer way of getting your items. Cash on delivery / Payment on site is available in this option. Please place your order in advance. Please prepare exact amount of payment if paying by cash, no change will be provided. For unpaid orders, please be on time as grace waiting time will be 15 mins.
