If the shoe’s size is incorrec
t or its style does not suit you, you may ask for a refund within 3 days from date of collection, or an exchange within 7 days from date of collection. You must return the shoes in their new and unworn condition, including all original packaging. We will not accept the shoes and allow you for a refund or exchange if there is
1) any mark on the outsoles or insoles, or
2) major crease in the leather. Please test the shoes
1) only on clean carpet to avoid marking the outsoles of the shoes, and
2) by ensuring that the laces are loose before placing your feet inside (do not force your feet into the shoes). Please do not bend the shoes forward too much when test walking to avoid creases. If a refund or exchange is issued, we may deduct the delivery costs, if applicable, from the total amount.
